Assembler

The Panther Group is currently seeking an Assembler for a 4-month temporary assignment with a respected manufacturing company. This role will is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and has experience in small parts assembly.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency

Read and follow patterns / blueprints in English

Utilize soldering skills (preferred)

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements :

Prior assembly experience preferred; soldering experience is a plus

Must adhere strictly to the department’s schedule (no schedule flexibility)

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
