Tour Prep Supervisor

Clair Global is looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to oversee the tour prep process in our San Diego Warehouse! JOB SUMMARY :

The Tour Prep Supervisor assumes primary responsibility for supervising the everyday operations of the Warehouse Tour Prep Department, ensuring that customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped on time at or above company standards in accordance with the client's specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

• Confer with other department managers to coordinate warehouse activities
• Coordinate company inventory between departments and other offices utilizing gear to its fullest potential on a global basis.
• Input into ERP software to accurately track, manage, and utilize company owned assets
• Develop and / or improve packaging of Clair systems
• Collaborate on a regular basis with Clair operations personnel
• Participate in loading and unloading trucks when necessary
• Open and lock building when necessary
• Perform such other duties and functions as required from time to time
