Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise that teaches valuable life skills to children with Autism. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis science with play-based learning. We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips. SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

If you want to advance your career in ABA further, there are opportunities for you to become a Behavior Analyst intern! SOS is an approved practicum site for Purdue, Florida Institute of Technology, and Nova Southeastern University. Job Description :

• Work In School or In-Home Monday - Saturday. (Available hours between 8am to 8pm)
• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session. (Arts / Crafts / Activities / Games)
• Record client data into Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
• Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
