Number of Beds : 48

Number of Staff : 39

Type of Staff :

Full-Time Occupational Therapists / Physical Therapists / Speech-Language Pathologists including Assistants

PRN Occupational Therapists / Physical Therapists / Speech-Language Pathologists including Assistants

Patient Ratios : 4-5 patients (5.5 to 6 hours of treatment)

Documentation system : Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile :

Skill Set Most Recruited For :

Must have In-Patient Rehab experience

Must have Acute Care experience

Preferred or nice to have :

2-3 Years of experience in Inpatient Rehab and / or acute hospital

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

NDT or brain injury certifications

Typical Procedures Performed :

Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy - patient evaluations and treatments

Acute evaluations and treatments

Unit Guidelines and Policies :

Start time is 8 : 00 AM

Attendance is monitored

Work minor / major holidays

All travelers may be required to float

Two weekend shifts a month with a flex day before or after each weekend day

No on-call requirements

Clean and healthy hair is required; hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors

Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
