What You'll Do :

• Create a Home Away From Home : Transform guest rooms into clean, welcoming retreats by meticulously cleaning and arranging every detail.
• Be the Cleanliness Champion : Maintain sparkling public areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects our high standards.
• Surprise and Delight : Anticipate guest needs by replenishing amenities and supplies, making each stay personalized and special.
• Attention to Detail : Perfect the little things from making beds with crisp linens to shining bathroom fixtures to leave a lasting impression.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Safety First : Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Be a Problem Solver : Address any guest requests or concerns with a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving issues quickly.
