Salary and Benefits :

• Base Salary : $240,000 - $260,000
• Bonuses : $50,000 Sign on Bonus and an additional up to $20,000 in Year One Bonuses
• Partnership track (no buy-in) typically within 12–18 months; 65% achieve partnership in one year and earn over $300,000 annually
• Paid Time Off : 33 days annually
• CME : $3,500 allowance plus 1 week off

• Health Savings Account : Employer contributes $500 / year for individuals or $1,000 / year for families
• Short-term disability : Employer-paid; 60% of weekly salary up to $2,000 / week
