International Sport Motors, a high-end auto repair and collision center in San Francisco, is seeking a professional full-time Front Desk Customer Service Rep .

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM .

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Front Desk Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting each visitor with courtesy and professionalism. You will manage service appointment scheduling, oversee check-in and check-out procedures, and answer incoming calls while directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Throughout the day, you will provide timely updates on vehicle status by coordinating closely with service advisors and technicians. You will assist with loaner vehicle arrangements and insurance documentation, as well as process payments, prepare invoices, and perform general administrative duties. Over time, as you gain experience and familiarity with our operations, you will begin taking on junior estimator responsibilities.
