About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Pharmacy Services to provide executive leadership and strategic direction across hospital pharmacy departments. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, clinical advancement, and cost containment in pharmacy services across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership in pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and expense management
• Oversee operational effectiveness of pharmacy services across the division
• Lead cost-containment initiatives and support pharmacy-related business models
• Ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to all compliance standards
• Analyze pharmacy purchase patterns, optimize processes, and recommend strategic improvements
• Develop collaborative relationships with hospital, supply chain, and clinical leadership teams
• Foster customer satisfaction by aligning services with stakeholder expectations
