About the Role :

Were looking for an Escrow Officer to join our Title Services this role youll oversee escrow transactions from opening to closing ensuring compliance with state regulations while delivering a seamless closing experience for all parties involved.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by supporting Reals growing Title Services operations in the CA region.

What Youll Do :

Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Communicate effectively with buyers sellers lenders and real estate agents throughout the closing process.

Review and analyze title reports surveys and legal documents to identify and resolve issues.

Coordinate with title examiners attorneys and insurance companies to resolve title matters.

Prepare closing documents and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Conduct closings in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Oversee disbursement of funds and recording of documents after closing.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction adhering to confidentiality standards.

Stay informed of industry trends regulations and best practices related to escrow and title services.

What Youll Bring :

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow management systems (Doubletime or Qualia a plus).

Knowledge of real estate laws regulations and procedures specific to the CA region.

Education & Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in escrow title services or real estate transactions.

Active Escrow Officer license required in California.

Notary preferred.

Additional Details :

Travel Requirements : Quarterly travel is required to attend broker events and engage with regional or state partners to support business development and relationship-building efforts.

Location Requirements : Candidates must be based in the CA Region (California) of the US to be considered.

Physical Requirements : Sit for long periods of time.
