ServiceNow Developer (Hybrid - Harrisburg, PA)

We are currently recruiting a ServiceNow Developer for our client, a Commonwealth PA entity. The focus of this role is to collaborate with commonwealth personnel with the ITSM bureau, across the Office of Administration bureaus, System Specialists, SMEs, and Suppliers. The Product Specialist will work closely with the Process Owner, Business Analysts, ServiceNow Administrators, and other ServiceNow Developers.

This contract position is long-term with funding approved until 6 / 30 / 2026 (extensions possible), a 37.5-hour per week role. This position is hybrid, 2 days at the client's offices in Harrisburg, PA. The candidates must be 2 hours or less from Harrisburg, PA.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Customize core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain custom applications / modules using ServiceNow Studio.
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies / actions, and automated tasks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST / SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics widgets.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain code quality and security.
• Maintain documentation on configurations, customizations, and system architecture.
• Documents all work for future reference.
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum development cycles and sprints.

Compensation : $65 / hr. - $71.27 / hr
