Responsible for ensuring the coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently by providing outstanding customer service by presenting a positive image of PJ''s Coffee and TGMC. Operate in such a manner that aids in achieving the goal of increased sales and lowered cost.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a coffee shop or work in similar setting preferred.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills, and willingness to serve many different people with a positive attitude always providing excellent customer service.
