• Work Monday through Friday from 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM
• Call required as part of position
• Patient ratio of 5 patients during day shifts
• 2 years of experience in service line required
• Must live 150 miles or more from facility
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS
• Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions only)
• Travel experience preferred
• Charting system experience required (Altera experience preferred)
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must be skilled in fire safety, cell saver, blood product administration, infection control, laser safety, radiation safety, specimen handling, universal protocol procedures, and wound management
• Experience required in various surgical procedures including thoracotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, arthroscopy, spinal fusion, total joint replacement, and general OR procedures
• Must complete facility drug screen upon arrival (includes marijuana testing)
