- Must have Funeral Director / Embalmer license
- Funeral arrangements
- Making notes
- Completing and ordering DCs
- Notifying Social Security
- Setting arrangement appointments – 10am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm
- Death notices
- Military paperwork
- Complete contracts
- Sending paperwork to crematory
- Following through with disposition
- Coordinating with Cemetery / Funeral Home / Crematory
- Complying with State and County Regulations
- Notifying King Co Medical Examiner on King Co Death
- Removals
- On call phones & removals (one night a week & 1 weekend a month)
- Follow established verification process for clients
- Obituaries
- Creating guestbook and folders
- Embalming
- Setting up for viewings
- Dressing and casketing
- Filling urns
- Phones
- Answering pricing calls
- Clean up after every arrangement
- Excellent time management
- Team player
- Fulltime 37.5 hours a week

Pay : $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
