Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement : Evaluate current processes, employee tasks, and responsibilities to ensure the highest levels of efficiency.
- Design efficient production processes that reduce general waste and productivity waste.
- Interface with many levels of people within the company to determine the best methods to improve efficiencies and create / modify programs to institute changes.
- Advise on and develop new software tools, mechanical jigs, and fixtures to increase efficiency and quality.
Systems & Data Management
Enhance existing programs / systems to improve flow and accuracy.Work with manufacturing to maximize the efficiency of our shop support software.Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for key operational processes and systems.Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration
Assist engineering, manufacturing, and PMs with best-practice manufacturing techniques.Provide support for inventory management, logistics coordination, or supply chain tasks as needed.Other

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, operations, business analysis, or a similar role.Proven experience in process improvement and data analysis.Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, Google Suite, Internet, and PC hardware.Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Possess the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms.Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with end users and vendors.Strong organizational skills to deal with customer needs and competing priorities.Working Conditions
