Position Overview

At Total Care ABA, we empower BCBAs to create an ideal workweek with flexible scheduling and fully remote opportunities. Depending on the state, in-person or hybrid options may also be available for those who prefer direct clinic collaboration. Our model emphasizes clinical excellence, manageable caseloads, and strong BCBA support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff in implementing treatment plans

• Conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports

• Design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

• Conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments

• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using CentralReach
