Key Responsibilities

Assist with final stages of project and post production testing

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding bankruptcy questions and processes

Maintain productivity, quality, phone utilization, and attendance standards

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in computer operations and navigating multiple systems

Strong professional skills with a positive and adaptable attitude

Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel
