About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager (RAN) to lead large-scale Radio Access Network (RAN) deployment projects from site development through close-out . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Nokia radio systems , customer relationship management, and end-to-end project execution.

In addition to RAN deployment management, approximately 70% of this role involves site acquisition and construction activities , including zoning, permitting, and coordination of site readiness tasks .

This position is based onsite in Dallas, TX , with frequent travel to Memphis, TN and Marquette, MI . (Remote work may be approved for candidates with 10+ years of experience and prior Nokia background .)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage RAN deployment projects , ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction milestones to ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the primary customer interface , maintaining proactive communication and resolving issues efficiently.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, financials, and resources in alignment with Nokia’s Mode of Operation (MoO) and PM@Nokia methodology.
• Conduct risk management , track project KPIs, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage project governance , reporting, and documentation throughout all delivery phases.
• Support pre-sales, contract management, and handover processes between Sales, Delivery, and Care teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and develop new business engagements.
