Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain compliance for loan portfolios, ensuring timely payments, insurance coverage, and property tax payments

Collaborate with correspondents to ensure servicing compliance and address borrower, management, and investor inquiries

Perform analysis of transfer, assumption, and modification requests, and support loan file documentation

Required Qualifications and Education

Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

2+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic office environment or equivalent education / experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial documents

1+ years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing or related fields is preferred

Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems and financial software is preferred
