Project Manager

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery. Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance. Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Prepare and review RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven.
