Collections Administrator

About the Role :

Yardi is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented

Collections Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this

role, you'll connect with clients to establish payment

arrangements, issue product licenses, and provide top-notch support

for account or software inquiries. You'll play a key role

in maintaining healthy client relationships by managing collections,

processing credits, and collaborating with sales and other departments to keep

accounts on track. If you're a proactive communicator who enjoys

problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative

environment, we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do :

• Manage billing and collections activities for an

assigned portfolio of clients,
