Job Description

Job Title : RN MDS Assessor

Location : Brooklyn, NY

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM & 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Duration : 13 weeks with possible extension

Local Pay Range : $75 to $82 / Hour

Travel Pay Range : $2,800 to $3,300 / Week

Job Description :

• Perform & coordinate MDS assessments for all residents per state, federal, and facility policies
• Review daily census & prepare interim / significant change schedules
• Input Medicaid & Medicare data accurately in American Health Care Systems
• Prepare & transmit MDS / PRI files on time
• Pull Quality Indicator reports & file MDS booklets
• Order supplies & distribute reports to leadership
• Collaborating with Quality Improvement Department
• Perform other related duties as needed
