Eptura is seeking an experienced Technical Writer - Archibus Documentation Specialist for a 6 months contract who has a strong technical background—ideally someone who has worked as a developer, implementation consultant, or in a similar technical role—to update and maintain Archibus user and system documentation. This individual will tackle high-priority documentation updates, ensuring our knowledge center remains accurate, relevant, and accessible for both partners and customers.

You’ll work closely with Developers, QA, and Product Managers, using your deep understanding of complex technical concepts to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Archibus Knowledge Center content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, QA, and product managers to gather technical information.
• Follow the established Technical Writing Style Guide for consistent, high-quality documentation.
• Work with the Product Engagement Manager to refine and improve the content of the knowledge center.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, accurate, and accessible for diverse audiences.
