Civil Engineer (EIT) - Land Development

Location : Round Rock TX

Salary Range : $70,000 - $95,000 annually (DOE)

Total Compensation Package : $80,000 - $115,000+ (including benefits and growth opportunities)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT) with 2+ years of land development experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects while learning from experienced engineers and project managers. You will play an important role in design, permitting, coordination, and construction support as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking civil engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Analysis

• Assist in the design of civil engineering projects, including grading, utilities, roadways, and stormwater management.
• Perform calculations for hydrology, drainage, erosion control, and site layout.
• Develop and review drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3D .
