Job descriptionConduct thorough on-site inspections including measurements and Roofscope evaluations to obtain precise information for accurate bidding Review specifications and drawings provided by general contractors consultants etc. Meet and collaborate with various stakeholders such as a roof consultant board member or facility manager to understand project goals and requirements Conduct thorough research to identify the most cost-effective and high-quality materials for the job Create competitive bids for commercial roofing systems Effectively convey the extent of work project schedules materials guarantees and pricing specifics to clients Stay up-to-date on the latest roofing materials practices techniques and industry standards to ensure superior technical expertise Perform additional duties as requested by management Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems materials and installation techniques Excellent communication and multitasking skills a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Detailed oriented with the ability to interpret complex project documents Experience as a commercial roofing estimator or closely related field is necessary for this role Provide a company culture that values and supports your professional development Give you the resources tools and support you need for success Health Vision and Dental insurance plan options for you and your family 401K retirement plan with company match Life insurance short-term and long-term disability Company provided vehicle and gas card Paid time off
