Job Description
Serve as the primary liaison to healthcare sites during deployment phases across all wavescovering 48 hospitals, 500+ clinics, and corporate departments. This role is responsible for leading deployment coordination, ensuring alignment with proven UKG deployment best practices, and maintaining consistent communication between site stakeholders and the deployment team. Key responsibilities include acting as the central point of contact for site leadership throughout each deployment wave, facilitating readiness assessments, deployment planning, and go-live support tailored to each site's operational needs, ensuring deployment activities are executed in accordance with UKG's established methodologies and timelines, identifying and escalating risks or blockers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly. Additionally, track progress across all sites and provide regular updates to executive sponsors and program leadership. Support post-deployment stabilization and feedback collection to inform continuous improvement.

Skills and requirements include proven experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-regional deployments concurrently, deep expertise in UKG deployment, particularly in the end-user deployment phase, strong ability to coordinate across multi-vendor teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in high-pressure environments, demonstrated success in managing deployment timelines, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, experience in healthcare environments (hospitals, clinics, corporate departments), familiarity with UKG best practices and deployment methodologies, and background in program or project management within enterprise software rollouts. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus.
