Greenstar / RighTime Home Services is part of a service leader and we are looking for a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to join our growing, successful team. As a Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance.

Responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General ManagerDriving revenue and conversion for the divisionActing as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processesHiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etcMeeting with sales management team weekly to present reportsQualifications
5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.College degree in a technical field or building science isHVAC sales experience / knowledge requiredGoal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environmentMust have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environmentStrong presentation and customer service skillsMust have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team memberStrong relationship management skills with employees and customersStrong negotiation skillsAbility to meet sales quotas and deadlinesComputer literacy and familiarity with the internetIf you interested in joining our team, please apply today!
