Your role is to ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation to post-service follow-up — while working closely with our expert technicians and support staff.Key Responsibilities :

• Greet clients with professionalism and discretion, delivering an elevated experience from arrival to departure.
• Consult with clients regarding vehicle service needs, interpreting concerns accurately and communicating them to the service team.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and service estimates with clarity and transparency.
• Proactively recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance and high-value enhancements.
• Coordinate the progress of vehicles through the service process and keep clients informed with timely, courteous updates.
• Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing quality control and performing follow-ups after service.
• Maintain complete knowledge of luxury brand standards and technical service offerings.
