• Monday - Friday 32 hours guaranteed with 1 Saturday per month
• 30 units per week expected productivity
• Home health / adult care setting
• Heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing and standing required
• 1 year home health care experience required
• OASIS experience required
• 1-2 years acute care or rehabilitation experience required
