Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Process release of information (ROI) requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Engage in direct customer service and maintain positive customer relations
Review requests for validity and provide timely feedback on non-valid requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience with Release of Information (ROI) and medical record releases
Experience working within the healthcare industry
Ability to work Monday - Friday, between 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm PST, including rotating holidays
