Warehouse Janitor

About the Role :

We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within our aerospace facility. This role plays a key part in keeping production areas, offices, and common spaces spotless and compliant with industry cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all warehouse floors and production areas.

Remove trash, recyclables, and scrap materials from designated areas.

Operate basic cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, etc.).

Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness around storage areas and loading docks.

Support general warehouse organization and help maintain safety standards.

Follow all safety procedures and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.

Requirements :

Previous janitorial or custodial experience (industrial or warehouse environment preferred).

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for long periods.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
