Job descriptionResponsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs Evaluate vehicles and assess loan eligibility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Manage customer loan accounts, processing payments, and addressing any issues that may arise Conduct daily communication with customers, making courtesy calls when necessary, and providing personalized support Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality What We Offer : After 90 days, $1.00 raise depending on performance and attendance Competitive Salaries Paid Holiday Vacations Health Benefits Paid on the Job Training Full Time Positions - Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule Best of all, Never Work on Sundays! Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of LoanMax Title Loans, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to potential borrowers and current customers. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our loan products, vehicle evaluations, loan management, and payments.
