Sr. Technical Designer

The Senior Technical Designer will be responsible for ensuring Women's Wear styles are production-ready, consistent in fit and quality, and executed to the highest standard. This role partners directly with production, sourcing, and factory teams, focusing on technical accuracy, fit approvals, and troubleshooting to achieve smooth bulk execution.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Head Patternmaker with production fittings (TOP, PPS, and SMS), providing precise technical feedback to vendors.
• Evaluate bulk garments for fit, balance, construction, and consistency across sizes.
• Manage and release final technical packages to vendors with accurate measurements, grading, and construction details.
• Review, comment on, and approve factory patterns, ensuring alignment with brand fit standards.
• Issue and track fit comments and pattern corrections with factories until approval.
• Ensure on-time approvals and adherence to production calendar deadlines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during production and propose practical, timely solutions.
• Maintain consistency of blocks, measurements, and grading across categories.
• Partner closely with Production, QA, and vendors to minimize quality risks and delays.
• Mentor junior technical designers or assistants on production fitting standards and best practices.

Base Pay Range :

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
