About the Clinician's Workday
The hospital seeks a Board Certified Cardiologist for one week per month, requiring BC status with fellowship training, along with ACLS and BLS certifications. The typical patient volume ranges from 6 to 10 patients per day, with required procedures including Echo, TEE, and nuclear medicine. With 286 beds and a Level II trauma designation, support staff includes Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and the facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system. Credentialing is estimated to take 60 to 90 days.
