About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening recruitment efforts and building scalable talent infrastructure. This role involves owning the full recruiting lifecycle for various open positions, optimizing HR processes, and designing new programs for university and early-career hiring. The VP will also serve as a strategic HR partner, driving HR system strategy, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new HR processes. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining a talent pipeline, and collaborating with business leaders on talent management and workforce planning.

Applicants must have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in the consulting or professional services industries, and a solid understanding of the policy consulting sector. The role requires experience in managing programs for junior talent, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and a strong network for recruiting from relevant sectors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), a minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, and a background in HRBP or HR systems. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and drive data-driven decision-making. The company values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and is an equal-opportunity employer.
