We're not your typical "HR" team, and the HR Business Partner will be vital in making that felt throughout Openly. When done right, traditional "employee relations" will be just a small piece of your role. Your position will be strategic, rather than reactive. Key Responsibilities
Work with functional leadership to ensure the organization is aligned to the company strategy, culture, and valuesPartner with leaders to align current and future business needs into an overall integrated People plan for the function, focusing on opportunities that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the businessPartner with leaders to ensure Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, isn't an "HR topic" - everyone plays a partSupport performance management of staff and manage employee relations, when necessaryStructure the performance review process, and train managers to be able to give feedback on their ownParticipate in company-wide performance campaignsIntegrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, and Total Rewards teams to implement solutions and help scale the businessProactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutionsContinuously challenge job descriptions and comp / ben mechanisms to ensure adequacy between organizational efforts and strategic importance of each population (in collaboration with the TA team)Gather key Learning & Development needs and collaborate with the L&D team to ensure that needs are metMeasure the engagement survey and analyze it to understand insights and recommendationsBuild and manage compensation structures with the Total Rewards teamAnalyze results and suggest improvementsAbility to manage HR projects and guide the HR teamA Little About You

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or other related fieldsExperience supporting an operational function, inclusive of call center employees, is requiredExperience in insurance and / or a start-up, a plusPredictive Index certification preferredAbility to position self as credible (garners respect, acts with integrity, keeps commitments); proactive (has a point of view, challenges assumptions, takes initiative); and a trusted thought-partner (builds relationships, delivers results)Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment in a period of growthExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing a team is a plusExperience building processesExperience managing change for growth organizationsKnowledge of Federal and State labor lawsCompensation & Benefits : The target salary range represents the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. We are committed to providing a compensation package that not only reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the role, but also the unique expertise that the chosen candidate will bring to our team.
Target Salary Range : $131,760 - $156,465 USD
Full Salary Range : $123,525 - $205,845 USD
