Job Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify care plans.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Education, Experience, and Training

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

Active  Physical Therapist license  in South Dakota (or compact state eligibility).

Basic Life Support ( BLS ) certification required.
