Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Duties : Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible in the provision of routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to the clients, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by Nursing Supervisor. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing Services or designee, Unit Supervisor, DSD, and Infection Control Nurse.

Schedule :

• Part-Time : PM (Including Friday & Saturday)
• On-Call : PM (Including Friday & Saturday)

About the Campus : Crestwood Treatment Center in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care to individuals diagnosed with an organic brain disease. Residents at this facility typically have a combination of psychiatric and dementia-related behaviors.

Pay Range : $24.60 - $26 USD
