Ohio Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort, and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well. Are you interested in a career focused on making a difference in someone's life? In this role, you would provide transportation in our company van to children / youth receiving clinical services from their homes to our center in Parma Heights. This role will require sensitivity, patience, flexibility, and understanding the needs of children / youth with special needs, including the use of specialized equipment during transport. After school / weekend hours (approximately 12-18 hours per week).

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of human services experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Educated / trained in mental health competencies
• Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration / auto insurance (if driving for company)
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
• Commitment to the company's mission and values
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
