We are excited to be looking for Chemical or Mechanical Engineering students to join us for an internship at our Red Diamond facility in McArthur, OH for the summer term of 2026.

Some of the key areas this opportunity will be involved in will include, but not limited to :

• Working with operations to troubleshoot out in the facilities.
• Maintenance and Reliability reviews of equipment
• Update and improve operating procedures including training for employees.
• Investigations of process safety near misses or incidents
• Work with current team on improvements in safety and operations
• Follow a small project from start to finish
• Practice key components of OSHA Process Safety Mgmt (PSM)
• Exposure to the production team and five major areas of the site
