As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Technician demonstrates the company's Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage "Like it never even happened!" As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water damage situations, performing mitigation services, and ensuring properties are restored to a safe and dry condition. You'll work hands-on with equipment, communicate with customers, and support our project managers to deliver outstanding service.
