Water & Fire Mitigation Technician
SERVPRO of Minnetonka has an opening for a Water & Fire Mitigation Technician who is well-motivated and looking to build a career at the fastest-growing restoration company in the state.

As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water damage situations, performing mitigation services, and ensuring properties are restored to a safe and dry condition. You'll work hands-on with equipment, communicate with customers, and support our project managers to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-upCompensation and Benefits :

Valid driver's licenseWillingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.IICRC certification is a plus.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects.Ability to work with / around cleaning agents.
