A company is looking for a Service Operations Integration Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and integrate services during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring operational readiness

Develop processes for efficient service delivery and oversee the service team during the hypercare period

Conduct post-integration reviews and identify opportunities for continual improvement in service operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 10 years' experience in Mergers and Acquisitions

Strong background in Service Management frameworks, particularly in service transition and operation

Experience working in regulated environments

Strong project management skills and experience in Risk and Change Management

Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
