As an Overnight Retail Merchandiser Lead, you will play a crucial role in merchandising support for retailers, ensuring shoppers have access to the products they love. Your responsibilities will include :

Constructing engaging displays and end caps.
Resetting shelves with product rotations to optimize space.
Tracking inventory to boost sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

About You :

You thrive on positive interactions, radiating friendliness and enthusiasm.

You are at least 18 years old.

You can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, and standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

You have reliable transportation to and from the work location.

You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience and have experience leading and training team members.

You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

You excel in customer service and communication with clients, customers, and team members.

You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on achieving results.

You can work independently but also love being part of a team.

You prioritize safety in all tasks, especially in a retail environment.
