$300k+ Appalachia Region Family Medicine – Virginia

4-Day Workweek | Out-Patient | 12–18 Patients / Day

Position Highlights

Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
12–18 patients / day for a manageable pace and quality care
Low call volume : fewer than 10 calls / month
Excellent support staff : 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 NPs, and Front Office team
Collaborative, patient-centered culture

Compensation & Benefits

$280,000+ guaranteed base salary

$50,000 sign-on bonus

Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance

$100,000 NHSC loan repayment eligible

Full benefits : medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, and malpractice insurance

CME : 5 days annually + $1,200 allowance

Licensing, dues, and subscriptions reimbursed

Qualifications

MD / DO , Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

Virginia medical license or eligibility

Comfortable treating all ages and performing routine primary care procedures

J-1 Visa sponsorship available
