Job description

Risk Coordinator

On-Site | West Chester, OH

$60k- $70k

Key Responsibilities of Risk Coordinator :

  • Review and manage insurance, workers' comp, auto, and GL claims and renewals.
  • Liaise with risk, contracts, and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and coverage documentation.
  • The Risk Coordinator will work independently to resolve coverage issues and policy questions.
  • Analyze claims data using advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
  • Support continuity with minimal onboarding - hit critical deadlines from week one.

Must-Have Skills / Experience of Risk Coordinator :

  • 2+ years' insurance, workers' comp, auto, or general liability experience ( Required )
  • The Risk Coordinator must have advanced Excel skills : pivot tables, vlookups, basic macros ( Required )
  • Experience working independently, with minimal daily oversight ( Required )
  • The Risk Coordinator must have knowledge of insurance terms and coverage requirements ( Required )
  • Experience with Vista or similar ERP (Preferred)

    • Preferred Skills of Risk Coordinator :

  • Exposure to contract / legal risk review (Preferred)
