Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in the order management system
Verify order details including product availability, pricing, shipping terms and payment methods.
Collaboration with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order-related issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
Provide general administration support to internal teams as needed.
Promote additional products and services when appropriate.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
2+ years of customer service or order management experience.
Experience in sporting goods or consumer products a plus.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly (ERP / Netsuite experience a plus)
Passion for sports – especially tennis, pickleball or padel – is a big plus
Racquet stringing knowledge is a bonus.
