General Surgeon for January 2025

Practice location : Hospital : Methuen, MA, Office : Methuen, MA

EMR : Meditech

New grad base salary : $375,000 plus up to 10% in quality incentive bonus and up to 20% in productivity bonus (salary tiered based on experience)

Schedule : 36hours / week in Clinic & OR with 4 hours / week of admin time (can be remote)

Acute Care Surgery call rotation with other surgeons in practice (1 in 5), extra call pay for additional call shifts

Group consists of 6 other general surgeons & 2 breast surgeons at 2 locations.

Vacation Time : 4-6 weeks (tiered based on experience)
