Responsibilities
Lead the General Technical team providing training, performance coaching, recognition, and feedback including documented conversations and coachings
Daily leadership responsibilities include the set, strike and supervision of entertainment shows, stock control of show consumables, and monitoring of all maintenance
Ensure staging, lighting and audio are set for all functions and events throughout the entertainment spaces shipwide
Partner with the Entertainment Leadership Teams regarding new show installs, equipment tests, vendor support, seasonal special events, and safety duties
Liaise with shoreside and shipboad partners to provide technical support for all Groups, Marketing, and Crew Activities
Schedule the Shipwide Team
Lead department meetings
Basic Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in a technical role within a theatrical operation
Proven experience leading a theater technical team regarding day-to-day responsibilities, performance, scheduling, development, and training
Knowledge of Yamaha digital audio consoles, GrandMA lighting consoles, wireless mic and in-ear monitoring systems, and audio visual and projections systems
Demonstrated experience with the operation and maintenance of large-scale theater operations or multi conferencing environments preferred
Can work at heights with heavy equipment and in environments that have second-hand smoke, pyrotechnics, chemical smoke, haze, fog, dry ice, and other special effects

Have a valid passport and C1 / D Seaman's visa (DCL will provide you with documents to obtain this)
