Responsibilities

  • Conduct renewal reviews with an emphasis on identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage policy remarketing to ensure clients receive optimal coverage.
  • Assist clients throughout the policy life cycle, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Handle client inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve both individual and agency goals.

    • Requirements

  • Active Florida 20-44, 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience is required.
  • A combination of patience and urgency to deliver timely, high-quality service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills.
