• Henderson Hospital is a member

  of The Valley Health System, a network of acute care and specialty

  hospitals that provide care for patients throughout Southern Nevada

  and nearby communities. Located in Henderson, NV, the acute care

• Directs and manages the entire

  nutrition and food service department including the cafeteria,

  patient food personnel, kitchen staff, support personnel and with

  the assistance of the Manager, Clinical Nutrition, patient

  nutrition and  nutritional education.

• Bachelor's degree in food

  service administration or equivalent

  experience

• Seven (7) to ten (10) years of

  progressively responsible food service administrative

  experience.

• Computer proficiency to
