Maintenance Specialist III
Great full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team!
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills :
- Carpentry with the ability to read plans and frame out a build
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Electrical
- HVAC and plumbing
- Desire to learn about code compliance
In this position, you will assist with :
Ongoing repairs / maintenance at programsProgram and individual movesLandscaping and snow removal as necessaryReview site conditions and report to Facilities ManagerSchedule : Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Rate : $30.90 / hour

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Accredited Technical School Diploma or General Education degree preferred.6-8 years related experienceBasic carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, and electrical skills and knowledge of state building code requirements required.
